We invest time to get to know you and do our homework on your company. As a result, we hone in on your needs quickly and find the best talent for you. We don’t just send resumes – we only send those candidates who meet the criteria and are the best fit to continue the interview process, saving you time by only presenting top contenders.

Some candidate interviews are more complex than others, especially at the executive level. We help structure the best interview process, including the order of interviewers, who should be on interview teams, and areas for each interviewer to cover.

We are experienced in working with our clients to close candidates. We provide white-glove service and help candidates with counteroffers, candidate anxieties, and concerns they may have, especially those candidates who weren’t looking for a job change when we contacted them.

We become your brand ambassador and represent your company professionally.

We pledge to provide you with a replacement guarantee, to perform a search over again, if the hired candidate we presented should voluntarily leave your company within the first 90 days from date of hire. We will perform this search, free of charge, as long as there has not been a change in the position scope/requirements or management team.

Once we make a placement with a company, your employees are off-limits (for a period of 12 months from date of our last hire) for sourcing for our other clients. We will act as guardians of your talent!

About Our Founder

Tammi Terry started her career journey as a licensed Real Estate agent in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, specializing in residential properties in golf course communities. As life’s tides carried her forward, she found herself navigating the dynamic world of recruiting, a path where she’s found joy and passion in helping people navigate their careers and companies find top talent for the past 25 years.

Throughout this incredible journey, Tammi’s superpower for spotting exceptional talent has left its mark across diverse sectors, spanning from mortgage, banking, and insurance, to high tech and the dynamic world of consumer packaged goods. But here’s the twist, over the past 4 years, her heart found a home in the mortgage industry. During this time, she has spearheaded the recruitment efforts for hundreds of corporate and operational roles. Furthermore, she has played the pivotal role of matchmaker in placing executives who now occupy prominent positions within the C-Suite, including CFO, CMO, Chief Revenue Officer, SVP Operations, Chief Compliance Officer, and President.

For Tammi, the mortgage landscape is more than just a professional career; it’s where her passion for making homeownership dreams come true comes full circle.
